Wild Olive Awards
The wild olive tree grows in the dry woodlands and rocky hillsides of Botswana and Limpopo. The tree grows up to 500 years old and with stands the harshest of conditions. Eventually the tree passes on and lay in the dry woodlands for years.
We at Trophies and Engraves have found a sustainable way of bringing this dead tree to life by carefully carving and reshaping the wood pieces into trophies. Each piece is handcrafted by a local South African Artist and polished to show off its beautiful golden grain patterns.
