Free delivery applies to RETAIL CUSTOMERS ONLY. Orders R1999.00 and above will be delivered free to a MAJOR CITY – refer to the map which reveals the list of major cities we deliver to.

If the area you live in does not appear on the list of major cities, it could be classified as a regional or remote area. Should your area be classified as regional or remote but falls just outside a major city, you can request that the goods be delivered to your nearest major city and collect from a nominated address or depot. Orders below R999.00 can be delivered to a major city at a normal rate of R140.00 per parcel/package.

Orders R999.00 and above will be delivered to a Regional Area, at a subsidised rate of R120.00 per parcel/package. Enquire online/via email to find out if the area you live in is a Regional Area. Orders R999.00 and above will be delivered to remote & outlying areas at a subsidised rate of R320.00 per parcel/package. Enquire online/via email to find out if the area you live in is classified as a Remote Area. Orders below R999.00 can be delivered to a regional/remote area at a normal non subsidised rate.Enquire online/via email regarding the rates.

Once goods are ready for shipment, delivery service to major cities is 2 – 4 working days depending on the vicinity you live in. Once goods are ready for shipment, delivery service to regional and remote areas is 5-7 working days depending on the vicinity you live in. Please note that delivery periods are estimates and although we work closely with our delivery partners to ensure effective delivery turnaround times, there can be unforeseen circumstances which could cause delays in deliveries. Deliveries may take longer during our peak periods which are from October to December.
